This is a Nia somatic movement retreat for your Body Mind and Soul. Some quality me-time nourishing your whole self, getting fitter, stronger and sparking your own creative source while connecting with a community of wonderful women.
Whether you are a beginner or seasoned Nia teacher , this will be a PERFECT opportunity to take some time for you to fill your own cup.
We will offer you challenges to expand your potential as a mover, as a choreographer and as a Nia somatic coach.

We are joined by teachers from across the UK, seasoned and new, as well as dedicated Nia students who are interested in understanding more of the depth and breadth of Nia.

FRIDAY 19 June 2026 Evening Session 5-8 pm: Opening Movement session & Nia Class
SATURDAY 20 June 9 – 5.30 with an hour break for a communal lunch.

Nitzan Gantz (MA in organisational psychology) is a First Degree Blackbelt Nia teacher and a Nia community leader who has been teaching, studying and leading large retreats internationally for over 15 years.
She brings all her knowledge and passion for philosophy, meditation, improvisation and yoga to her workshops and retreats and loves to draw on whatever is present in the moment to create an inspiring vital movement experience for participants.
She's looking forward to meeting and connecting in community.
Dorit Noble is a member of the Nia Training Faculty. Dorit trains the White Belt, Green Belt and Blue Belt internationally. She is also a Certified Professional Executive Coach (CPCC) PCC and ORSCC. Payment and Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking before 1st of June, you will be refunded the payment less a £40 charge.
After the 1st of June we will not be able to refund your payment. You are welcome to transfer your place to another participant instead.
